How long will it take to receive my order?

You can expect to receive an order in 3-5 business days depending on product availability.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept VISA and MasterCard or you can pay cash on delivery.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

No there are no additional charges. When you checkout, you'll be provided with an order total. The order total presented will be the exact amount you'll be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery. Please note: reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Can I buy even if I live outside UAE?

Deliveries are exclusively in the UAE so far.

Can I track my order status?

How to Search the products at

We deliver an intuitive search-as-you-type experience. To search any specific product, Please type the product name or any related term for the product in the search box located at the top of the site. And the result is in front of you.

How will I know if my product is on backorder?

If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it. Backorders remain active for 14 days on most products. If after 14 days the item is still on backorder, we will automatically cancel the item.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via partner Courier Service. For details on shipping and return please check our Shipping and Return policy page.

How do I redeem my coupon?

After you have selected the item(s) you'd like to purchase, please proceed to the checkout page and enter the coupon code in the "Discount Code" box. Once you've entered the coupon code and click "apply" your total will reflect the applied discount.

Can I use more than one coupon at a time?

No, only one coupon may be used per purchase.
